You can email our support team directly at appsupport@featsclub.com. Please include your account email and a description of the issue for faster resolution.

You can permanently delete your account by going to Settings > Account Management in the app. Please note that this is a permanent deletion — there is no temporary deactivation option.

Upon account deletion, all your data is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. Only your user ID and deletion timestamp are retained for record-keeping purposes.

On the login page, tap the "Forgot Password" link. Follow the instructions to reset your credentials via email.

FeatsNow currently supports English. We are exploring support for additional languages in future updates.
